Please note, these courses are interactive and designed to give you the knowledge and tools required to manage your social media communication channels. Attendees will require laptops with wi-fi access and a basic knowledge of how to use them. (We’ll give you the access details for connecting to our wi-fi during the course). If you are comfortable with Microsoft Word or Outlook you are ready for our beginners course. No additional paid software is required or subscription of any kind. All further tools and resources you will need are supplied as part of the course.
